While voters paid attention to the big-picture races, they didn’t do their homework on the lesser-known offices, including the Public Service Commission. GOP voters endorsed incumbent Stan Wise, whose track record suggests he considers his job to keep profits high for Georgia Power Co. rather than power bills low for Georgia consumers.
